The King’s Room Restaurant is all about quality ingredients and great taste and is a popular locals dining destination.
Dining at the Angel is also an experience to savor with a choice between our stunning baronial 1st floor restaurant; The historic King's Room, which is open Friday & Saturday evenings 7.00pm - 9.30pm, as well as Sunday lunch and offers fine dining at it's very best from a weekly changing menu of modern British dishes using the finest produce from award-winning suppliers from around the British Isles. Here you will enjoy the atmosphere of this truly historic chamber where in 1483 King Richard III signed the death warrant of the Duke of Buckingham.
The highly commended wine list displays carefully selected wines from most wine producing countries as well as champagne, pudding wines and liqueurs.
Service is efficient but informal making dinner at The Angel & Royal an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
Vegetarian and other dietary dishes are available on all the hotel’s dining and bar menus and Head Chef will be pleased to cater for special diets with little advance notice.
