Executive Head Chef
Kurtis Wright
Kurtis has dreamed of becoming a chef since he was just four years old. Now 24, he’s already built an impressive career, starting at The Queen’s Head in Sleaford at 14, then moving on to Belton Woods Hotel, Epsom Racecourse, and Ascot.
In 2021, he joined Harlaxton Manor as Sous Chef and quickly rose to Head Chef. After a recent season in Les Arcs, France, we’re excited to welcome him to our team.
A Lincolnshire local, Kurtis is all about bold flavours and letting quality ingredients shine. He’s passionate about pushing culinary boundaries and building on the Angel & Royal’s reputation for excellence.
His food philosophy? Let the food speak for itself.
